Our Story
East Bay Community Vet Clinic was founded by Dr. Jasmine Barisione, a Hayward native with nearly 20 years of experience caring for pets in the East Bay. After seeing how rising veterinary costs and limited access can make even basic care difficult for families, she envisioned a different kind of clinic—one focused on affordable, convenient, and compassionate care.
Built for the community she grew up in, East Bay Community Vet Clinic was created to help more pets receive the essential care they need in a welcoming, down-to-earth environment.
